The Boy Who Dared is a book written about a young boy named Helmuth Hubener. Helmuth was a young man who became part of Hitler's Youth Program. Helmuth is a Morman. He doesn't buy into all of the Nazi propaganda. His faith and his character, a well as what he learns through an outlawed radio drives him to create a newsletter to spread information against the Nazi's. His actions are found out and he is forced into prison and onto death row. While in prison, Helmuth looks back at his life.
